About Me

​My name is Sara.

As a former competitive athlete with multiple awards and years of personal performance experience, I deeply understand the demands on individual athletes. Today, I combine this firsthand insight with my expertise as a certified coach in CBT, ADHD, and sport-specific performance.

My mission is clear: to guide athletes in individual sports to strengthen their mental game and unlock their full potential - both in competition and in life. I achieve this through personalized 1-on-1 sessions. Drawing on my comprehensive background, I tailor the ideal blend of sport psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and ADHD-based techniques to suit each individual athlete's unique needs.
